Some members of congregation have recently asked about how suggestions are processed at KT. Here is an overview of the process:

We receive most of the suggestions through the X-Change boxes in the church building and through suggestion box below. These suggestions are collated on a weekly basis and submitted to the senior leadership. The senior church leaders read all suggestions and if the suggestions are of a practical nature, they are forwarded to the relevant department or person who will deal with the issue.

All suggestions submitted with contact details are responded to in person. If the suggestions have no contact details, we will obviously not be able to respond to them in person but will consider the issues that have been raised.

We periodically publish a selection of suggestions put into action on the X-Change pages of Revival Times. In the last few months we have put into action numerous suggestions related to KT building, our Internet services, requests for teaching series and materials available for children.
