1: You matter and what you think matters

I am interested in you. I want you to enjoy life and to fulfill your true potential. Your dreams. your aspirations and your godly desires are important to me.

2. I will make the time and the place to hear what you want to say

I will create regular opportunities to hear your thoughts and feelings and I will take account of what you think. I will pass on your ideas to my leaders.

3. I will always listen to you in a positive and accepting manner

I welcome your views. So I will knock down barriers that are stopping you from saying what you think. I want to learn from you and with you so that we move forward together.

4. I will use all available means to keep you informed

My commitment to you as a result of signing this pledge includes:

1 . Handling your calls within 24 hours
2. Responding to emails within 3 days
3. Responding to ideas, comments or concerns within 7 days
4. Updating you about events at least 6 weeks in advance
5. Distributing materials and tickets at least 4 weeks ahead
6. Taking on board suggestions which may improve our communication
