  1. Existing Gift Aid: If you already have a Gift Aid Declaration with Kensington Temple, you do not have to fill the form in again, we will automatically recover tax from HMRC at the rate of 25% of the amount that you give.

  2. New Gift Aid: If you have not already completed a Gift Aid Declaration in favour of KT, or are not sure, you can do so by clicking the button below, and completing the Gift Aid Declaration form.
