By filling in this form you will give us authority to claim an extra 25% from the UK government on your gift(s) depending on the option you have selected.

  1. Existing Gift Aid: If you already have a Gift Aid Declaration with Kensington Temple we will automatically recover tax from HMRC at the rate of 25% of the amount that you give.

  2. New Gift Aid: If you have not already completed a Gift Aid Declaration in favour of KT, or are not sure, you can do so by clicking here and completing and submitting the Gift Aid Declaration form.
