  • Prioritise Consolidation of New Believers in Cells
  • Participate in Central Consolidation Programme
  • Primary Leaders to appoint one deputy leader for each cell
  • Cell Leaders to identify potential cell leaders who have been well-consolidated and are committed to the vision
  • Both deputy and potential leaders to be trained on-the-job and through the Leadership Development programme
  • Share Testimonies with Primary Leader
  • Seek help if stuck or need input from Primary Leader
