Experienced Stage Manager / Sound Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Stage Manager / Sound Engineer to join our church production team and support the delivery of live services and events at Kensington Temple.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide live sound support during services and events.
- Set up, patch and troubleshoot audio equipment.
- Manage wireless microphones, monitors and stage requirements.
- Follow service cues and transitions.
- Coordinate microphones, stage movement and contributors.
- Work closely with ministers, worship and production teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live services.
- Support other production roles when required.
About You
You should have live sound or event production experience and be confident working with:
- Digital mixing consoles
- Wireless microphones
- Stage audio
- Signal flow
Applicants should be technically confident, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced live environment.
All candidates must be committed to the vision of Kensington Temple and must subscribe to the core beliefs of the Elim Pentecostal Church.
